Brown Bag

Come and Sing your way into better health! The Center for Music Therapy has set aside an hour every Tuesday and Friday for singing and fun. This group is especially suited for the older adult population who wish to strengthen their voices. Bring a friend and a lunch if you wish. Call with any questions.

Stepping Out

This is a music therapy group experience specifically for movement disorders associated with Parkinson's disease, stroke recovery, multiple sclerosis, and cerebral palsy, etc. Experiences will be provided to obtain the quality and quantity of motor exercises that build new neural networks necessary for improved walking, coordination, balance, and speech production after brain injury or disease.

Time: Every Thursday at 11:30am

Rhythm Buddies  *Back by Popular Demand! Starts again in May!*

All children and their families are invited to a group which fosters positive family interactions through the therapeutic use of music. Groups will participate in musical games, music and movement, instrument playing, and improvisation.

• All participants in the Rhythm Buddies Groups will be allowed to bring with them into music room: Both parents OR 1 parent and 1 sibling. ALL other attending family members will need to pay $10.00 each in order to be in the room with their brother or sister.
